Work methodology

Our team is the main element in the company and the team work spirit is the magical prescription for our success. We believe that our small team can do what other bigger teams can't do. That’s only because of the spirit. We believe that we have a unique spirit. This spirit makes us very special technical wise and managerial wise. Our unity on one vision and our strong believe in it, allow us to compete aggressively and strongly very large firms in Egypt, and in many cases beating them.

The spirit it self is not enough. Beside the spirit we have an agile methodology to manage the production team, we work using the Microsoft solution frame work MSF which is derived from the CMMI (capability maturity model integration) but it is more agile and flexible especially for those working with .net platform. Microsoft® Solutions Framework (MSF) is a deliberate and disciplined approach to technology projects based on a defined set of principles, models, disciplines, concepts, guidelines, and proven practices from Microsoft. Creating meaningful business solutions on time and within budget requires a proven approach. Microsoft Solutions Framework provides an adaptable framework for successfully delivering information technology solutions faster, requiring fewer people, and involving less risk, while enabling higher quality results. MSF helps teams directly address the most common causes of technology project failure in order to improve success rates, solution quality, and business impact. Created to deal with the dynamic nature of technology projects and environments, MSF fosters the ability to adapt to continual change within the course of a project.

In MOVE-IT, everyone’s talk is quality. Working harmoniously with the software engineering team, there’s a dedicated quality assurance team, in addition to the software testers and internal auditors. We have well structured methodologies, documented coding standards, and established proven processes for large scale, complex software development and systems integration.
