MOVE-IT software development life cycle is derived from Microsoft Solution Frame work, the Agile software development methodologies, and CMMI. We go in the software development lifecycle through two models (the process model and the team model) and three disciplines (project management, Risk management, and readiness). Their task, ideas, complains, and any team related issues are all discussed with open mind.The war room, yes the war room is another way of communication, where each project team is met weekly to discuss the project challenges, lessons learned, and the action plan of the next week.

Our team and the team spirit is our most valuable asset. So we keep developing our team by the time. Through years we have found many creative ways to develop our skills.
We have a continuous relation with the Egyptian researchers in the Egyptian universities and also with some of European research centers. And hence we are always updated with the hot topics in the information technology market.

Yearly we have a budget for some account registrations in many software periodics.
Periodically we held many small technical sessions and labs for some new technologies or some lessons learned from some projects. Actually the team self learning techniques is the most productive way of skills development.

We never forget team’s soft skills. Almost every day we make a small social event in the break where someone can tell us a story or life lesson. Soft skills training courses are also encouraged, Fun days are a key way to keep the team collaborative.
