Participant User Interface

The following Figure  shows the default page appear to participant user after login to system.

The menu's items appear in the figure  are:

  • Home: contains the welcome message.
  • My Tasks: Allow users to work on their tasks and execute processes.
  • Sign Out: remove user credentials and redirect to Login Page.

Through this page user can see:

  • Task List: A list of tasks the user is authorized to execute.
  • Processes: A list of processes the user is authorized to initiate. 

My Tasks page is accessible to all user categories.
The Figure  shows an example of user who has one task: "Paper Acceptance" and two processes to initiate: "Abstract Acceptance Process" and "Quotation Request".

When user clicks on task, Task Details page is shown. This Figure shows the details of "Paper Acceptance" task. As shown the fields Title and Abstract are filled with data.  These data are filled in the execution of previous task in the process.

Task Details


The task details page contains two buttons:
Pend button: saves task data without finishing it.  The user can open the Task in the future and continue working on it.  When user Pend task the user will see the same view shown in the figure.
Finish button: saves task data and finishes task.  The task will disappear from Task List.

When user clicks on process to execute, a confirmation page appears.
